A message from the CEO Sandra Ochoa and Paula Sampson to
all patients and our community about the CORONAVIRUS.
First I would like to give our deepest condolence to those families who lost their loved ones.
These are unprecedented times for all of us, and the safety of my team and Patients is our top priority. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) begins to have a greater impact on our community, we wanted to share with you the steps we are taking keep you safe and healthy.
Like many others, we are following closely the guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as the local U.S health department authorities. We are actively working with our staff to ensure they have the most accurate and up-to-date information from CDC and local organizations as we navigate this situation together. While our office remains open, we are recommending that all our staff takes additional precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing, using gloves and mask the all-times, disinfecting the rooms , asking all patients questions about their health, suggesting that they stay home when feeling sick, and pausing all non-essential travel plans
While these are uncertain times, I want you to know that Renew U Wellness Center LLC, is here for you . At this time, our office remains open although we may adjust operating hours to best serve our patients, community and my staff. We understand many patients may prefer to call our office in case of an emergency, and we will gladly address any concern you may have.
